Topio provides a range of landscape architectural services from site consultations to concept designs to documentation. We love to work collaboratively with our clients throughout the design process ensuring we are creating unique spaces that are a reflection of our clients wishes and inherent to their social and physical context.

Consultation
The starting point of our design services is an informative on site consultation session. Working collaboratively with our clients at their property allows us to thoughtfully site elements in the landscape with consideration to the residence, client requirements, site specific conditions and the greater borrowed landscape. During the session a preliminary hand sketch is created and an inspiration board with suggestions of plant species, style and materials to bring together the vision.

Concept Design
This is where the preliminary sketch from the consultation session is refined and developed in the computer into a concept plan that showcases your dream garden.

Design Development & Documentation
The concept plan is further refined during this stage with further detail added and developed into a set of construction drawings ready for your garden to be built from.
